Return & Refund Policy

At DRYBASE, your comfort matters. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been visibly worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We currently offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
